Through 2017, I set goals I wanted to achieve and I actually achieved some but let’s say 30% of my set goals.
I’m sure most of us have noticed how fast 2017 went and how much time we didn’t have to do so much, have no worries because we still have a month left. We can still work this out.
I think December should be used to reflect on how the year went and what you can do better in 2018. On that note, why don’t we set a few goals for this month apart from reflection of course? Let’s see how much we can achieve in December.
I’m going to tell you what my goals are and I hope you will share yours with me too.
Wake up early
I haven’t really been the early bird this year, the sleepless nights leave me falling asleep at 3am and I end up getting to work late because I can’t be up earlier. So my goal for this month is to go to bed earlier. 10pm is the limit, no TV, no phone. Hopefully I’ll make it past the first week.
In January, I heard about Ketogenic diet and I tried it. Two weeks later I was a babe. I had shed a lot of weight and I said I’d never be fat again. It’s funny now because I let lose, i stopped my diet, stopped exercising and now I’m bad to my old size. This month I’m going to lose some weight and I won’t stop. Wish me luck
Read at least 10 pages everyday
I have not been reading as much as I used to and it’s totally my fault. I read a page or two and I’m distracted. So I’m going to work toward reading at least 10 pages of a book every night before I go bed. From 10 I should read 15 to 20 maybe.
So these are my major goals for the month of December this should help me cue into my goals for 2018.
