Nigerian web-series became quite popular in the year 2015 and since then it has been from one extremely creative content to another. I for one had a hard time picking out a few web series for you check out.

A clueless young couple focusing on the the first year journey as a married couple. In this series, Dede (Chiagoziem Nwakanma) and Tomide (Nick Mutuma) adjust to living together, dealing with friends and handling a whole lot of couple drama. It’s funny and educative at the same time.
Skinny girl in transit
A comedy about a young Nigerian woman and her journey through weight loss. Tiwalade played by Abimbola Craig has to deal with a mother (Ngozi Nwosu) who is always worried about the fact that she is over weight and single( a typical African mother). A sister, played by Sharon Ooja, who is pretty, slim and shallow, and a love-life that is less than appealing.
Rumour has it
A gossip celebrity blogger Obi, who gossiped her way to the top; but was served with a taste of her own gossip medicine when her husband( Wole)got his mistress pregnant and traveled to the UK to ensure the delivery of his child with his mistress. This drama is a must watch. A story with so many scandals and lies.
Gidi up
The series follows the lives of four young adults (Obi, Tokunbo, Eki and Yvonne) who are pursuing success and independence in the city of Lagos, revealing the challenges they are faced with at every step of the way in their quest to achieve their dreams.
Lagos big boy
Lagos Big Boy is a story of four aspiring young men who tackle the challenges of being successful in the city that never sleeps. They end up getting mixed up in all sorts of ‘hustle’ to actualize their dreams of attaining the ultimate Big Boy status. The show features fast rising entertainer and comedian, Gbolahan ‘Bollylomo’ Olatunde, and popular presenter, Chukwuebuka ‘ChueyChu’ Okoye alongside Charles Etubiebi Oke and Tosan Wiltshere.
